1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through shapeupdaily.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. ShapeUpDaily is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KvK number 42071669, Pijnendijk 5, 5066 PJ Moergestel, the Netherlands. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
2. Products
All products sold by ShapeUpDaily are food supplements intended for healthy adults. Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes; the actual product may differ slightly in appearance.
- Keep out of reach of young children
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose
- Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
3. Prices & Payment
All prices on our website are in Euros (€) and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including credit card, PayPal, Bancontact and Klarna. Your payment is processed securely. We do not store your payment details.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is free on orders from €25; below that we charge €4.95. Orders received on business days before 4:00 PM are shipped the same day and are usually delivered within 1–3 business days. We ship throughout the European Union. Current shipping costs and delivery times per destination are listed on our shipping page, and the exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a track-and-trace code by email. Stated delivery times are indicative and apply from the moment of shipping. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or the carrier.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)
As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This is your legal right under EU consumer law. A statutory exception applies to sealed food supplements for reasons of health protection and hygiene (Art. 16(e) Directive 2011/83/EU). If the seal has been broken after delivery, the statutory right of withdrawal for that product no longer applies. In practice you'll barely notice this: our voluntary money-back guarantee in article 6 lasts longer and also covers opened products, provided the product is returned as described below. 6. Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our product. If for any reason you're not satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, we'll give you a full refund. We offer this guarantee voluntarily; it comes on top of your statutory rights and does not affect them in any way.
How it works:
- Email info@shapeupdaily.com with your order number within 30 days of receiving your order
- We'll send you a prepaid return label — return shipping is on us
- Once we receive your return, we process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Conditions of this guarantee:
- Get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order
- Opened products can be returned under this guarantee
- Products must not be damaged due to misuse
- Applies to products purchased directly through shapeupdaily.com
- One claim per customer or household
- On bundles the guarantee covers one bag
Our guarantee exists to make sure customers are happy with their purchase. It is not intended to be taken advantage of. We reserve the right to decline the guarantee in cases of repeated or demonstrably improper use. Is a product damaged, leaking or incorrectly delivered? Email a photo to info@shapeupdaily.com within 7 days of receipt and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund. This falls outside the guarantee limits stated above.
7. Liability
ShapeUpDaily is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our products, except in cases of gross negligence or intent on our part. We are not responsible for incorrect use of our products. Always follow the recommended usage instructions on the packaging.
8. Privacy
We handle your personal data with care and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, please read our privacy policy.
9. Complaints
If you have a complaint about our products or service, please contact us first at info@shapeupdaily.com. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days. If we can't work it out together, you may be able to submit your complaint to a dispute resolution body in your country of residence.
10. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Consumers retain the protection of the mandatory law of their own country of residence within the EU.
