2. What data we collect
- Name and address for order delivery
- Email address for order confirmation and updates
- Payment information (processed securely by our payment provider, not stored by us)
- IP address and browsing data via cookies

3. Why we collect your data, and on what legal basis
- To process and deliver your order — necessary to perform our contract with you
- To send order confirmations and shipping updates — necessary to perform our contract with you
- To handle returns and customer service — necessary to perform our contract with you
- To keep financial and order records — necessary to comply with our legal obligations (Dutch tax law)
- To improve our website and services — based on our legitimate interest in running an effective, secure webshop
- To send you marketing emails, if you opted in — based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time

- Functional cookies — necessary for the website and checkout to work (e.g. shopping cart)
- Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use our website, so we can improve it

- Receive your data in a portable format (data portability)
- Withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@shapeupdaily.com. We will respond within one month. If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens), or with the data protection authority in your own EU country.

6. Data retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil your order and comply with legal obligations. Order and financial data is retained for 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law. Marketing data is retained until you withdraw your consent.

7. Third parties we work with
We share your data with trusted third parties only where necessary to run our business, including:
- Shopify — our e-commerce platform
- Our payment processor, to securely handle your payment
- Our shipping carrier, to deliver your order
- Our email and customer service providers
We never sell your data to third parties.
