30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Not happy with your purchase? You have 30 days from receiving your order to let us know. You return the product to us, we cover the cost of the return label, and you receive a full refund. No replacement products are offered under this guarantee — refund only.

How it works
1. Email us — Send a message to info@shapeupdaily.com within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number.
2. Receive your prepaid return label — We will email you a prepaid return label. Shipping the return costs you nothing.
3. Send the product back — Drop off the package at a parcel point using the label. Opened bags can be returned too.
4. Get your refund — Once we have received the return, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, email us a photo at info@shapeupdaily.com within 7 days of receipt. We will resolve it with priority and cover all costs.

- Applies to products bought directly through shapeupdaily.com
- Opened products can be returned under this guarantee
- One claim per customer or household
- On bundles, the guarantee covers one opened bag; remaining products should be returned unopened
- We reserve the right to decline claims in cases of repeated or demonstrably improper use

Your statutory right of withdrawal
Separate from our guarantee, EU consumers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day guarantee is broader and lasts longer, so in practice that is the one you will use. See our Terms & Conditions for details.
