These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through shapeupdaily.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. ShapeUpDaily is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK).

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.

2. Products

All products sold by ShapeUpDaily are food supplements intended for healthy adults. Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may differ slightly in appearance.

• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose
• Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, nursing or have a medical condition
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight

3. Prices & Payment

All prices on our website are in Euros (€) and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

Your payment is processed securely. We do not store your payment details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders within the Netherlands and Belgium. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 2–4 business days.

• Belgium: 2–4 business days
• Other countries: shipping costs and delivery times may vary

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or the carrier.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product, without giving any reason. This is your legal right under EU consumer law.

Please note: opened food supplement products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a full refund — no questions asked.

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

7. Liability

ShapeUpDaily is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our products, except in cases of gross negligence or intent on our part.

We are not responsible for incorrect use of our products. Always follow the recommended usage instructions on the packaging.

9. Complaints

If you have a complaint about our products or service, please contact us first at info@shapeupdaily.com. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may submit it to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
